Hi, I’m Meagan.

Houston is my hometown, and I’ve called this area home for 40 years. I earned my BA in Geography at the University of Texas at Austin, then spent 14 years working in regulatory compliance in the energy industry.

That background shaped how I approach real estate: research carefully, communicate clearly, and pay attention to the details. I want you to understand your options and feel comfortable asking every question.

A legacy of care.

For four years, I worked alongside my mom, Sally Beck, a trusted REALTOR® and longtime member of the Champion Forest community. Through years of helping neighbors buy and sell homes, she played a meaningful part in the growth and changing story of Champion Forest and the surrounding area. Though she left us far too soon in 2024, her example continues to guide the care I bring to every client.
